PM TOYLAND RULES & REGULATIONS

  • PM Toyland will not be responsible for the care of the children. Parents/guardians must be fully responsible for the safety of the children while at the premises.

  • At PM Toyland, socks must be worn at all times by children and adults. Socks are available for purchase at the reception counter.
  • If the child is seen playing rough, the child will be advised to stop. Should this continue, the child may be asked to leave.
  • No food, drinks or chewing gum are allowed inside the play area.
  • For safety reasons, please remove loose jewellery before entering the area. Please also empty your pockets of loose items. Please utilise lockers available on the premise to store items.
  • Non toilet-trained children are required to wear diapers before entering the play area.
  • Do not climb or stand on the slides or netting.
  • You are strictly prohibited from bringing into PM Toyland any item that may cause personal injury or endanger the safety or health of other individuals or any property of PM Toyland.
  • Keep personal belongings secure. PM Toyland will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items.
  • PM Toyland can be crowded. Do not push, shove, or engage in disputes. Please queue in an orderly manner and follow the instructions of the staff.
  • PM Toyland and its surrounding environment is a smoke-free facility. Smoking in or around the area is strictly prohibited.
  • Please be aware that you may be photographed or filmed at PM Toyland. Such footage may be used for promotional content or any other purposes. Guests grant PM Toyland the permission to use such footage without any obligation or charge.
