Every ticket you purchase is your gateway to endless excitement – SAME DAY UNLIMITED ACCESS Ticket for Ninja Forest (Level 2) and Spacetopia (Level 3). Open Daily: Monday to Thursday, from 10AM – 9PM, Friday to Sunday and Public Holiday, from 10AM – 10PM.
We understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected things happen, so here’s a simple guide to our SAME DAY UNLIMITED ACCESS Ticket Refund Policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

All ticket sales are final. Once payment has been made, tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.
However, our team will always do our best to help in genuine cases, because your happiness is part of our Epic Journey, Endless Joy promise.
💫 When Refunds Are Possible
Refunds may be offered under specific circumstances, such as:
- If an event or activity is cancelled or rescheduled by PM Toyland.

🚫 When Refunds Are Not Available
